1. Про що ці умови
Ці умови регулюють використання мобільного застосунку EazyFinance («Застосунок»). Встановлюючи чи використовуючи Застосунок, ви погоджуєтесь із ними та з нашою Політикою приватності. Ліцензія на сам Застосунок надається на умовах стандартної ліцензійної угоди Apple для застосунків (Licensed Application End User License Agreement): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. У разі суперечності щодо підписки застосовуються ці умови; щодо ліцензії на програмне забезпечення — EULA Apple.
2. Що робить Застосунок
EazyFinance — інструмент особистого обліку фінансів: ручний і голосовий ввід операцій, синхронізація з Monobank за вашим API-токеном, імпорт виписок ПриватБанку, аналітика, бюджети, цілі, борги, смарт-категорії, розпізнавання чеків. Ви можете користуватися ним без акаунта або з входом через Apple для хмарної синхронізації.
3. Акаунт
Акаунт створюється автоматично (анонімно) або через Sign in with Apple. Ви відповідаєте за безпеку свого пристрою та Apple ID. Ви можете будь-коли вийти з акаунта або видалити його разом з усіма даними в Налаштуваннях Застосунку.
4. Вартість
Застосунок безкоштовний. Усі функції — ручний облік, синхронізація з Monobank, імпорт ПриватБанку, голосовий ввід, розпізнавання чеків і платіжок, смарт-категорії, бюджети, мітки, аналітика за будь-який період, хмарна синхронізація, Face ID — доступні без покупок і підписок. Покупок у Застосунку немає.
5. Платні функції в майбутньому
Ми можемо в майбутньому запровадити платну підписку на частину функцій. У такому разі базовий облік лишиться безкоштовним; плани, ціни, пробний період, правила автопоновлення, скасування та повернення коштів (через Apple) будуть опубліковані в цих Умовах і показані в Застосунку до покупки; оплата проходитиме виключно через Apple. Ми також можемо на власний розсуд надавати окремим користувачам безкоштовний доступ до платних функцій на визначений строк — такий доступ не оплачується і може бути припинений без компенсації.
6. Ваші дані та банківські інтеграції
- Дані, які ви вводите, належать вам. Ми не претендуємо на них і використовуємо лише для роботи Застосунку (див. Політику приватності).
- Синхронізація з Monobank працює за вашим особистим API-токеном, який ви створюєте на api.monobank.ua і зберігаєте на пристрої. Ви несете відповідальність за конфіденційність токена. Monobank і ПриватБанк не є нашими партнерами; дані від банків показуються «як є», і ми не гарантуємо їх повноту, своєчасність чи точність. Автоматична категоризація може помилятися — перевіряйте.
- Розпізнавання голосу та чеків виконують моделі штучного інтелекту; результат — лише пропозиція, яку ви підтверджуєте. Ми не відповідаємо за помилки розпізнавання.
- Робіть резервні копії (Налаштування → Резервна копія → експорт JSON). Ми докладаємо зусиль для збереження даних у хмарі, але не гарантуємо їх незнищуваність.
7. Не фінансова порада
EazyFinance — інструмент обліку. Аналітика, підказки, інсайти та будь-які цифри в Застосунку є інформаційними і не є фінансовою, інвестиційною, податковою чи юридичною порадою. Рішення щодо своїх грошей ви приймаєте самостійно. Курси валют беруться з НБУ і можуть відрізнятися від курсів вашого банку.
8. Допустиме використання
Не можна: зламувати, декомпілювати чи обходити обмеження Застосунку; використовувати проксі-сервер Застосунку для сторонніх цілей; перевантажувати сервіс автоматизованими запитами; порушувати законодавство. Ми можемо обмежити доступ у разі зловживань.
9. Сторонні сервіси
Застосунок використовує сервіси Apple, Google Firebase, Google Gemini API, Cloudflare, Groq, OpenStreetMap (Nominatim/OSRM), Monobank API та НБУ. Їхня доступність від нас не залежить; при недоступності відповідна функція може тимчасово не працювати. На сторонні сервіси поширюються їхні власні умови.
10. Інтелектуальна власність
Застосунок, його дизайн, тексти й код належать розробнику. Назви та логотипи банків належать їх власникам і використовуються лише для позначення інтеграції.
11. Відмова від гарантій та обмеження відповідальності
Застосунок надається «як є» без гарантій безперебійної роботи чи відсутності помилок. У межах, дозволених законом, ми не несемо відповідальності за непрямі збитки, втрату даних чи фінансові рішення, ухвалені на підставі даних Застосунку. Наша сукупна відповідальність обмежується сумою, сплаченою вами за підписку протягом останніх 12 місяців.
12. Припинення
Ви можете припинити користування будь-коли — видалити акаунт і Застосунок. Ми можемо припинити підтримку Застосунку або окремих функцій із попереднім повідомленням; активна оплачена підписка діє до кінця періоду.
13. Зміни умов
Ми можемо оновлювати ці умови; нова редакція публікується на цій сторінці з новою датою. Продовження користування після змін означає згоду з ними.
14. Право та спори
Застосовується законодавство України, якщо імперативні норми країни вашого проживання не передбачають іншого (зокрема захист прав споживачів у ЄС). Спори вирішуються переговорами, а за неможливості — у судах України.

1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the EazyFinance mobile app (the “App”). By installing or using the App you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. The App itself is licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. In case of conflict, these terms prevail for subscription matters; Apple's EULA prevails for the software license.
2. What the App does
EazyFinance is a personal finance tracking tool: manual and voice entry, Monobank sync via your own API token, PrivatBank statement import, analytics, budgets, goals, debts, smart categories, receipt recognition. You can use it without an account or sign in with Apple for cloud sync.
3. Account
An account is created automatically (anonymously) or via Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for the security of your device and Apple ID. You can sign out or delete your account with all data at any time in the App's Settings.
4. Price
The App is free. All features — manual tracking, Monobank sync, PrivatBank import, voice entry, receipt and bill recognition, smart categories, budgets, labels, analytics for any period, cloud sync, Face ID — are available without purchases or subscriptions. The App has no in-app purchases.
5. Paid features in the future
We may introduce a paid subscription for some features in the future. If so, basic tracking will remain free; plans, prices, trial period, auto-renewal, cancellation and refund rules (via Apple) will be published in these Terms and shown in the App before purchase; payment will be processed exclusively by Apple. We may also, at our discretion, grant individual users free access to paid features for a limited time — such access is not paid for and may be withdrawn without compensation.
6. Your data and bank integrations
- The data you enter belongs to you. We claim no rights to it and use it only to run the App (see the Privacy Policy).
- Monobank sync works with your personal API token that you create at api.monobank.ua and store on your device. You are responsible for keeping the token confidential. Monobank and PrivatBank are not our partners; bank data is shown “as is”, and we do not guarantee its completeness, timeliness or accuracy. Automatic categorization may be wrong — please check.
- Voice and receipt recognition is performed by artificial-intelligence models; the result is only a suggestion that you confirm. We are not liable for recognition errors.
- Keep backups (Settings → Backup → export JSON). We make reasonable efforts to preserve data in the cloud but do not guarantee it cannot be lost.
7. Not financial advice
EazyFinance is a bookkeeping tool. Analytics, hints, insights and any figures in the App are informational and do not constitute financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You make your own decisions about your money. Exchange rates come from the National Bank of Ukraine and may differ from your bank's rates.
8. Acceptable use
You may not: hack, decompile or circumvent restrictions of the App; use the App's proxy server for unrelated purposes; overload the service with automated requests; violate applicable law. We may restrict access in case of abuse.
9. Third-party services
The App relies on services of Apple, Google Firebase, Google Gemini API, Cloudflare, Groq, OpenStreetMap (Nominatim/OSRM), the Monobank API and the National Bank of Ukraine. Their availability is outside our control; when a service is down, the related feature may temporarily stop working. Third-party services are subject to their own terms.
10. Intellectual property
The App, its design, texts and code belong to the developer. Bank names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to indicate the integration.
11. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or financial decisions made on the basis of the App's data. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription during the last 12 months.
12. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account and the App. We may discontinue the App or individual features with prior notice; an active paid subscription remains valid until the end of its period.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the new version is published on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
14. Governing law and disputes
The law of Ukraine applies unless mandatory rules of your country of residence provide otherwise (including EU consumer protection). Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, in the courts of Ukraine.
